Bumbas is currently in search of long term UGC creator partners.

This message will essentially explain the requirements and compensation of the project.

First, I would like to introduce the product to you; we sell sticky bra inserts that give a little boost (up to two cup sizes). They’re also designed to stick to your clothing so they don’t come out of position. The idea is to provide an easy, affordable, and more comfortable way for women to feel powerful, sexy, and confident.

They are water resistant and completely bikini compatible, but we have had trouble communicating that through our ads and content.

With Summer just around the corner we would like to start creating content of girls like you showing that you can use our products in bikinis. Basically, we just really want to push the fact that we can help girls rock their swimsuits.

We have a few ads currently running that we would like to base our content creation on. These videos will act essentially as a baseline script, meaning we would like for you to use them as inspiration while also enacting a bit of your personal flare, personality, and creativity. We will provide these creatives to you once we get in contact.

Overall, we want the videos to really let your personality shine and not seem like you’re reading from a script.

We also ask that you take a before and after photo of you with and without the product. The photo should be similar to the ones on our site or selfie style.

As for compensation, here is the deal we currently have laid out for influencers on our team:

We will pay you $60 and free products for the first video you make for us. Think of this as a trial run.

Once you complete the first video, we will run it through a series of tests, seeing how it performs as a paid ad, an organic post, and website content.

If your content shows good results or potential to perform well, we will put together an offer for a monthly content package.

This offer will roll on a monthly basis, so each month we will hire you to create several videos and send you more free products.

Your pay for the monthly contracts will depend on your content performance and quality, but will never be less than $80/video. So, if your content performs well, we may bump it to $150/video, but if it does not, your pay will never dip below $80/video.

This opportunity also comes with a few side perks

Once we bring you on as a long-term partner, you will receive an affiliate code. If you choose to post the content you make for us on your personal account, you may provide that code to your followers. For every sale made using your code you will receive a $10 commission.

We spend thousands of dollars on paid ads, which results in hundreds of thousands of impressions. We will provide you with all of the metrics from our ads using your content, which you can use on your portfolio. We are also happy to give reviews and recommendations to any potential employers who may ask you for them.
